Water & Gas Utility Services

The St. James Parish Utilities Departments provides water and gas services to residents in the unincorporated areas of St. James Parish.  


Bill Payments

The Planning and Permitting Office (located on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse) takes Utility Bill payments (cash or check) if you are unable to pay your bill online. 

For Vacherie residents, Utility Bill payments can be made at the utilities office located inside of the Courthouse Annex.
