Library Millage (Proposed at a reduced rate of 2.48 Mills)
Our libraries are more than just buildings—they’re community hubs for learning and growth.
This millage ensures the full operation of East and West Bank libraries, even at the proposed reduced rate. The change allows excess funds to be redirected toward roads and bridges, all while maintaining a wide variety of excellent library services. Additionally, the Library Archive Building is set to open in the summer of 2025, offering access to historical documents and genealogy records. The millage allows open access to books, programs, and resources.
